Ukrposhta cargo tracking: track and trace



What is it?
Track and trace service of parcels (cargoes), provided by Ukrposhta. Using this service you can determine the location of your parcel or cargo in no time.

How does it work?
In order to determine location of your parcel use the full alpha-numeric tracking number, consisting of 13 symbols. This number is indicated in your payment document (receipt or invoice). Fill it in the form and press «Enter».

Status description

Electronic notification of shipment is given to postal item in the moment when electronic application for delivery of postal item is made by the sender. In fact this operation temporarily books the number of postal item in order to facilitate the acceptance of a parcel in the offices of postal companies. The sender in the moment of booking of the number makes payment. But this operation does not imply actual sending of the postal item. The postal office is just waiting for the sender. Thus, this status does not indicate actual delivery of your postal item.

Data about the parcel are registered means that the postal operator has got the data about the postal item, however there is still no information about its movement in the system. As a rule this status is assigned when recipient’s postal operator gets information from sender’s postal operator about the receipt of the postal item.

Accepted from sender — postal item has been transferred to postal operator to sender.

Send item abroad with *** index (Export) means that the postal item is sent beyond the borders of Ukraine. In order to determine the location of the parcel abroad you need to go to the official website of the postal service of the destination country.

Delivered to recipient — your postal item has been received by the recipient

In transit — your postal item is on its way to the final destination within the borders of Ukraine. You’d better check its location later (the next day).

With delivery courier — the postal item will be delivered by a courier. Recipient will be able to receive it in the course of the day.

Arrival *** at delivery point *** the postal item *** has been delivered to the postal office where the recipient can receive it. At the present moment the postal item has not been received yet. But the recipient can do it.

Data about your item with *** number are not available, because at the present moment you are not registered in the system. This status can be interpreted in different ways:

  1. Possible error – check the number.
  2. Data about the location are not available. This is possible if the postal item has been sent on the date of inquiry and it has not been registered in the database of Ukrposhta. In that case you should try to check your postal item the next day.
  3. If the postal item has been sent from abroad, it may have not reached the territory of Ukraine yet.
